We are a manufactured home dealer offering new, pre-owned, and repossessed manufactured homes for sale, along with related services including delivery, setup, land development coordination (septic, well, permitting, and driveway installation), and financing assistance through third-party lending partners.
2. Pricing & Best Price Guarantee
Prices listed on the Site are subject to change without notice and do not constitute a binding offer. Our Best Price Guarantee applies only to comparable, valid written offers from a competing licensed dealer, at our sole discretion, and may be subject to additional terms available upon request. Delivery, setup, and included services described on the Site apply to standard installations within the stated mileage radius; deliveries beyond that radius may incur additional charges as disclosed at time of purchase.
3. Financing
Financing options presented on the Site are offered through independent third-party lenders. We do not guarantee approval, specific rates, or terms. All financing is subject to the lender’s underwriting requirements, credit approval, and applicable state and federal lending laws. Submitting a financing inquiry does not obligate you to purchase, and does not guarantee acceptance.
4. Warranty
New homes may be eligible for the HomeCarePlus Extended Warranty (or successor warranty program) as described on the Site, subject to the manufacturer’s and warranty provider’s full written terms, conditions, and exclusions. Pre-owned, used, and repossessed homes are not covered under this warranty unless expressly stated in writing at time of sale. Nothing on this Site modifies or expands any manufacturer’s warranty.
5. Product Availability
Inventory, floor plans, and pricing displayed on the Site are subject to availability and may change or be discontinued without notice. Images and renderings are representative and may not reflect exact color, materials, or included features of the actual home purchased.
6. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:
