The Clayton Epic Polo,  is a single-wide manufactured home that offers an affordable, stylish, and functional living space. It is built by Clayton Homes as part of their Epic Journey Series. The home is designed to be compact yet functional, making it an ideal choice for individuals or small families.

Dimensions and Layout The Polo model features a two-bedroom, one-bathroom floor plan, typically encompassing 765 square feet of living space, with some sources listing an area of 746 or 737 square feet. Its size is generally cited as 56x14 feet. The interior includes an open living area, a well-designed kitchen, and a cozy master suite. A framed décor wall in the living area and a standard kitchen island are included, with some models also featuring a coffee bar area.

Construction and Efficiency The home is built with durability and energy efficiency in mind, featuring a high-quality construction. Specifications include 2x6 exterior walls with a full OSB wrap and house wrap, 8' sidewalls with flat interior ceilings, and 16" on center 2x6 floor joists. It comes with an upgraded insulation package, including R-21 for the walls and R-38 for the ceiling, with floor insulation listed as R-22/33 or R-27, and is built to a Zone III Insulation Package standard. The home is an eBuilt® model, featuring an ecobee® Smart Thermostat and Lux Argon Gas Low-E Thermo-Pane windows. The HVAC system includes a Carrier® Electric High Efficiency SmartComfort® Furnace, a Rheem® 30 AMP 40 Gallon Hybrid Heat Pump Water Heater, or a Rheem® 40 Gallon Dual-Element Water Heater, and a sealed duct system.
